What the app receives
When ChatGPT calls an app tool, our server receives the tool name and arguments needed for that action, such as search terms, a product category, a budget, a size, or product IDs. The app does not request your full conversation history, name, email address, shipping address, or payment information. Information you put in a search can still reach our server, so do not include sensitive personal information.
How that information is used
Tool inputs are processed to return matching merchandise or the requested brand and guide links. Searches are filtered on our server against the public catalog. Search text is not sent to Printify to perform the search. Our server retrieves public product data from Printify and caches that catalog in memory for up to five minutes.
Storage, logs, and retention
The application has no shopper-account database and does not intentionally save tool inputs, conversation transcripts, or shopper profiles. Its code does not log request bodies. It does not add advertising pixels, analytics, cookies, or browser storage to these pages or its app interface.
Render hosts the service and processes network and operational information needed to deliver and protect it. Depending on the provider and workspace configuration, this can include IP addresses, request metadata, timestamps, and operational logs. Render documents dashboard log retention of 7–30 days depending on the workspace plan; this range is not a promise that all provider infrastructure data is deleted within that period. Provider processing and retention are also governed by Render’s privacy policy and service terms.
If you email support, your address, message, and any attachments are retained in the support mailbox as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, or meet applicable obligations. You can request deletion by email; we will explain any information we must retain.
Other services and external links
ChatGPT is provided by OpenAI and has its own data practices and controls. Product data and images come from Printify. The guide opens on CloudFront, our original website uses systeme.io, and Instagram is provided by Meta. Opening those destinations or loading externally hosted images can disclose network information to their operators. Purchases and any email signup you choose on an external website are handled there, under the applicable policies. The app’s direct guide link itself does not require email signup.
Your choices
You can stop using or disconnect the app in ChatGPT, avoid including personal details in tool requests, and open only the external links you choose. For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy questions about information under our control, contact crimebeforecoffee@outlook.com. We do not sell personal information or use this app’s inputs for behavioral advertising or profiling.
